Who handles your information

Enquiries and bookings

We collect your name, email address, telephone number, service preference, message and any journey details you provide. We use these to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage bookings, taking steps at your request before a contract. Enquiries are stored securely and emailed to the owner. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Mailing list and welcome offer

With your consent, we record your first name, email address, subscription date, consent wording and time, subscription source and status. We link any welcome promotional code and its use to your customer record. We use your consent to send occasional services, offers, events and updates. You may withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribed contacts are excluded from marketing.

Storage and service providers

Customer information is stored using Lovable Cloud and email is sent through Resend. Access is limited to authorised administrators and service providers needed to operate the website. We do not sell your information. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate transfer safeguards are required.

Retention and your rights

We retain information only as needed to handle enquiries, bookings, consent and legal obligations, and review records for removal. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Browser preferences

This website remembers when you subscribe or dismiss the welcome pop-up, so it does not repeatedly interrupt you. Secure administrator sessions use browser storage to keep the owner signed in.
